WH-5700 horizontal ion fan (also called: extension type) is a kind of efficient electrostatic elimination fan with large air volume and wide range. It can be used as desktop type or suspension type and its air volume range can be adjusted continuously. Horizontal ion fan has special heating circuit to heat the ion wind, keeping workers free from being stimulated by cold wind. The heating circuit is equipped with external control switch, and the heating switch can be closed when heating is not required. Horizontal ion fan can produce large amount of airflow with positive and negative charges to neutralize the charges on objects. If the charges on object are negative, they will attract the positive charges in airflow; if the charges on object are positive, they will attract the negative charges in airflow, so as to neutralize the static electricity on object surface to achieve the purpose of electrostatic elimination. The horizontal ion fan has a wide-range cross flow fan to supply wind, which is adjustable within a great range by speed-control switch. Horizontal ion fan has a dedicated ion balanced circuit to achieve automatic balance of ions. Horizontal ion fan has special heating circuit to heat the ion fan, keeping workers free from being stimulated by cold wind. The heating circuit is equipped with external control switch, and the heating switch can be closed when heating is not required. The electrostatic elimination function of horizontal ion fan can solve the production problem caused by electrostatic interaction, such as the dust collection problem caused by static electricity, adhesion problem during processing of plastic products, and small parts leaping problem caused by electrostatic repulsion.
